對于訪客，無需卡和密碼就可實現(xiàn)登梯：先使用對講系統(tǒng)呼叫住戶，住戶確認訪客身份后，按開門鍵的同時會向電梯送出啟動信號，IC卡電梯控制系統(tǒng)送出客人可以到該層的信號，當電梯下到一樓時，（可選配對講主機聯(lián)動外呼電梯則自動下到一樓），客人進入電梯后，按下住戶所住樓層的按鍵，則登記啟動電梯，而其他未授權的樓層，訪客無法按鍵登記；同時也能解決互訪串門問題；可選配自動招梯功能既按下對講分機招梯鍵后出門，這時電梯自動到這層樓，讓電梯等人而不是人等電梯，帶來便捷的智能化生活；可與多奧停車管理/門禁/考勤/智能通道/消費/在線巡更等智能一卡通。
